Do you remember this one? Nostalgic toys
As a child I played for hours with the well-known chatterbox from Fisher Price. No doubt you remember it, that white classic phone with wheels and a happy face. If you turn the dial a little bell will ring. Last year, this phone was reintroduced along with even more nostalgic toys from the Fisher-Price stable.
I love it, so I secretly put some things on the little girl’s wish list.
Nostalgic toys
Everyone knows Fisher-Price. Walk into any toy store and the walls are filled with the brand’s brightly colored, mostly interactive playsets. You name it, they’ve got it. Fisher-Price has been making toys for over 85 years, so they have quite a few classics to their name.
Last year some of those classics were relaunched.

The chatterbox and the record player are two of those products in the line of nostalgic toys. You can also buy the cash register and Snoopy the running dog in retro packaging again. I especially like the fact that all these products are packaged in recyclable packaging with a truly nostalgic feel.
In addition, each package contains a piece of history about the toy in question. So they are real collectors items. As a kid I loved playing with gabble phone so how cool is it that this phone is just available again?
Next spring, the manufacturer will add two more nostalgic bestsellers to its lineup. Tuggy Tooter, the steamboat, will be re-released as well as the musical clock. Tuggy Tooter is a steamboat with a captain. When you squeeze the life buoy, steam and a sound come out of the boat.
The boat was first introduced in 1967, so it will soon be available again.
The musical clock was first released in 1986 and has taught many a child to tell the time. I look forward to seeing if any kids will learn to tell the time with this classic again this year.
Do you guys love nostalgic toys?? Do you still have one of these classics in your attic??
